Refund policy
First 14 days: full refund if you've used no more than one session. After 14 days: no cash refund, and you can pause once for up to 30 days. On a payment plan, a refund covers what you've paid, and after day 14 the remaining payments are still owed. To ask for a refund, open a billing ticket.
Program rules
- Rescheduling takes 24 hours' notice. A no-show uses up the session.
- Sessions expire when the program ends.
- You pay for your own software subscriptions.
